Jalapeños stuffed with chopped brisket and cream cheese, double-wrapped in bacon.

One of the Smoke Shack's most popular appetizers. We fill each jalapeño with our 14–16 hour post oak brisket and cream cheese, wrap it twice in bacon, smoke it for another hour, and brush it with our Brushfire glaze. They're built for game day, parties, and snacking.

• Storage: Up to 1 year frozen with the seal unbroken; up to 7 days in the fridge once thawed.

Heating instructions (once thawed)

Remove from packaging and cook for 25–30 minutes at 300°F in the oven or over indirect heat on the grill.

Ingredients: Chopped brisket (Angus beef, black pepper, salt, brown sugar, white sugar, granulated garlic, Perkasil, paprika, chili powder), cream cheese, jalapeño, bacon.

Shipping & delivery

Packed frozen in an insulated cooler with reusable ice packs and shipped overnight anywhere in the U.S. Keep the ice packs: toss them in your freezer and reuse them.

• Order after 12pm Thu, or Fri–Sun: ships Monday, arrives Tuesday.
• We never ship Friday or weekends, so your order never sits in a warehouse.
