Shipping policy

All Smoke Shack Meats orders ship frozen by overnight express from San Antonio, Texas, to addresses in the United States.

• Orders placed by 12:00 pm Central Time, Monday through Thursday, ship the same day for next-day delivery.
• Orders placed after 12:00 pm Central Time on Thursday, or on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, ship the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.
• We do not ship on Fridays or weekends.
• If the carrier (UPS or FedEx) is closed for a holiday, orders ship on the carrier's next business day.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Orders are packed in insulated coolers with reusable ice packs. Please refrigerate or freeze all items immediately upon delivery. Keep the ice packs: toss them in your freezer and reuse them.
