Every Smoke Shack order is packed frozen in an insulated cooler with reusable ice packs and shipped overnight anywhere in the U.S.

We never ship on Friday or over the weekend, so your order never sits in a warehouse.
Holidays
If UPS or FedEx is closed for a holiday, your order ships on their next business day. It still goes out by overnight express.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
When your order arrives
- Inspect your order right away, then put everything straight in the freezer or fridge.
- Some items may have started to soften a little in transit. That's normal and safe as long as they're still cold to the touch.
- Unopened, vacuum-sealed items keep up to 1 year in the freezer and up to 7 days in the fridge once thawed.
- Heating instructions are printed on every label and on each product page.
- Keep the ice packs! They're reusable. Toss them in your freezer and use them for your next cooler or picnic.
Our freshness guarantee
All merchandise is guaranteed to be fresh. If something isn't right, email us at smokeshackfamily@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please keep the items and all packaging intact; credit can't be given for items that have been thrown away or partially eaten. Once your claim is accepted, we'll reship your order.
